Paul Finkelman (born November 15, 1949, in Brooklyn, New York) is an American legal historian, who in 2017 became President of Gratz College, Melrose Park, Pennsylvania (the oldest independent institution of Jewish learning in the United States). He is a prolific writer and editor of American legal history involving slavery and broadcast media.
