Christopher Scott Kramer (כריס קרמר; born April 4, 1988) is an American professional basketball player for Hapoel Jerusalem of the Israeli Premier League. He played college basketball with the Purdue University Boilermakers. Kramer participated with the 2010 Milwaukee Bucks training camp and played in the NBA Development League for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants in the 2010–11 season.
