On winter solstice this year, get ready to witness The Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn 2020. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for all the stargazers. People around the world will be able to experience this rare spectacle without using any special instrument.

The last Jupiter and Saturn were so close was on 16 July, 1623. The next such occurrence will be on 15 March, 2080. Though these two planets will appear like a single bright star in the sky, the actual distance between them will be around 735 million kms.
